"The Worthy Sandwich"

Comedy Sketch

Scene: At the Zest4Life Conversation & Laughter Lunch Club, a group of friends gather around a table stacked with       sandwich ingredients. 

Each character represents an ingredient:

Bread, Cheese, Ham, and Lettuce. 

The Bread, feeling flat, says, "I’m just plain and boring, what’s the point of me?" 

Cheese, with a grin, replies, "Oi, don’t sell yourself short! You hold us all         together – you’re the foundation!" 

Ham chimes in, "Without you, we’d just be a mess on the table!" 

Lettuce, proudly fluffing its leaves, adds, "And together, we make a proper sarnie, worthy of any lunch plate!"

Punchline: The Bread beams, realising its worth, and declares, "Looks like I’m the upper crust after all!" 

The group bursts into laughter,             celebrating the importance of each part   in making something whole and                 wonderful—just like every member of the club.
